At Disney Music Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your musical treasures. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our guest services team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the vinyl, CD, or collectible in its original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
